Bridging The Gap Between Georgia K-12 students, STEM education, and the esports and gaming industry Event: Thursday, May 20th from 4 to 6:45 p.m.

In conjunction with the Institute For People and Technology at Georgia Tech, GSEF will be hosting an event on Thursday, May 20th from 4 to 6:45 p.m. “Bridging the gap between Georgia K-12 students, STEM education, and the esports and gaming industry,” will feature gaming and educational industry professionals with diverse backgrounds to discuss esports and its impact on education and career paths for students.

GSEF was founded by Todd Harris (CEO of Skillshot Media) and Wes Byrd (CEO of Skullz Gear).

The organization strives to provide opportunities for all Georgia students to use esports as a platform to acquire critical communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills needed to thrive in work and in life.
